Return Eligibility
- The return must be submitted via the Tidny Returns Portal within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Item(s) must be in their original condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused
- Tags must remain attached and intact — returns with signs of tag tampering will not be accepted.
- For swimwear, the protective hygiene strip must be intact. Removal or alteration of the strip will result in rejection.
Full Price Items
We accept change of mind returns for full price items only. Once the return is received and approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please:
- Place a new order for the desired item.
- Return the original item following the return conditions above.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer care team at support@tidny.com with:
- A clear photo or video of the issue
- A short description of the fault
Once your request is assessed and approved, we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- All return shipping and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Tidny is not liable for lost or damaged items during return transit.
- We strongly recommend using a registered or trackable shipping method.
- Shipping fees, handling charges, and any taxes or duties are non-refundable.
