Return Conditions

Returns must meet the following criteria for approval.

All items must be processed via the Tidny Returns Portal within 30 days of the delivery date and returned in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, unused and unwashed) with the tags attached. Any sign of tag tampering will not be accepted. All swimwear must be returned with the protective hygiene strip intact. Any sign of removal or alteration will not be accepted.

Full Price Items

Each item has been thoughtfully designed and crafted with longevity in mind. For this reason change of mind returns are accepted on any full price items with a full refund.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, exchanges are unavailable at this time. To replace an item, please place a new order and return the original item following the above steps.

Faulty Items

In the event an item is faulty, please contact the customer care team at support@tidny.com with an image and/or video clearly revealing the issue, along with a short description. Once approved by the customer care team, a replacement item will be offered.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for organising all shipping and handling.

Please note Tidny will not take responsibility for any missing returns that were lost and/or damaged in transit. It is recommended all orders are returned through a registered or traceable postal service as all returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Tidny. All shipping, handling and taxes and duties are non-refundable.
